Terrence Thornton, better known by his stage name Pusha T, is an American hip hop recording artist from Virginia Beach, Virginia, born on May 13, 1977. He signed to GOOD Music in 2010 and released his first solo project, a mixtape, in 2011. In 2013, he released his debut studio album. After four studio albums and serving as the label's president for seven years, Pusha T left GOOD Music following antisemitic comments made by its founder, Ye. He is also one-half of the duo Clipse, alongside his older brother Gene Thornton, known as No Malice.
