Quartetto Cetra was an Italian vocal quartet formed in the 1940s, consisting of Felice Chiusano, Giovanni Giacobetti (known as "Tata"), Lucia Mannucci, and Antonio Virgilio Savona. Renowned for their remarkable vocal skills and harmonization, their songs often featured humorous yet tasteful lyrics. They became one of Italy's most enduring musical groups and were known for anticipating trends in music, including rock and roll. In 1956, they recorded an Italian version of "Rock Around the Clock," titled "L'Orologio matto," with lyrics by Tata Giacobetti. Additionally, they made significant contributions to Italian television with programs like Biblioteca di Studio Uno, which featured literary and comedic parodies, and Non cantare, spara.
