Rafaël Frost, born on August 25, 1981, in Amsterdam, NL, began his musical journey in 1993 when he started creating tunes and songs on his first computer using a program called "Scream Tracker." This software allowed him to experiment with various sequences, and around this time, he also learned to play the guitar, which fascinated him. In 2004, Rafaël competed in a contest hosted by Ferry Corsten on Radio 3FM, a prominent Dutch radio station, and was selected as one of the final contenders for "Best New Dance Producer Talent of Holland." His big break came when he met A&R Manager Joeri Lodders of Flashover Recordings, Ferry Corsten's label. After listening to Rafaël's tracks, one unfinished track titled "Mute Your Mind" particularly caught his attention, leading to Rafaël's first release on Flashover Recordings.
