Ralph McTell is an English singer, songwriter, and guitarist, born on December 3rd, 1944, in Farnborough, Kent, England. He is known for his influential role in the UK folk scene and is most famous for his song "Streets Of London," which has been covered worldwide. In addition to his music career, McTell has presented and performed songs for two children's television programs, "Alphabet Zoo" and "Tickle On The Tum." He also recorded the theme song for the TV adaptation of "The Wind In The Willows."
