Randy Hobbs was an American blues and rock bassist born on March 22, 1948, in Winchester (or) Union City, Indiana. He passed away on August 5, 1993, in Dayton, Ohio, due to heart failure. Throughout his career, Randy worked with notable acts such as The McCoys from 1965 to 1969, Jimi Hendrix during some live sessions in 1968, as well as Johnny and Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, and others.
