Ray Campi (April 20, 1934 – March 11, 2021) was an American rock and roll musician known as "The King of Rockabilly." Born in Yonkers, New York, he began his recording career in the mid-1950s. Campi was recognized for his distinctive white double bass, which he often jumped on and "rode" while performing. He is also a member of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame.
