Ray Scott was a rock and roll singer and songwriter born on March 26, 1929, in Bicknell, Indiana. He passed away on October 17, 1999, in Indiana. Although his heart leaned more towards country music, Scott is recognized in rock and roll history for his contributions as the writer of "Flyin' Saucers Rock n Roll" and as the performer and composer of songs like "Boppin' Wigwam Willie" and "You Drive Me Crazy."
