Real Killers was a garage punk rock band hailing from Clermont-Ferrand, France, active from 1986 until January 1997. The band experienced several line-up changes throughout its existence. The original line-up in 1986 consisted of Pascal Roussel, known as Buck, on guitar and vocals, Stéphane Vallon on bass, and Joël Caron on drums. In 1987, they released their first 7" single with the addition of Serge Pantel on guitar, while the core members remained the same. The band continued to evolve, with Buck, Vallon, and Caron staying constant in the subsequent line-ups, while Jean-Paul Freyssinet joined as a guitarist in the third line-up. The fourth line-up saw Dominique Martin take over on drums, while Freyssinet remained on guitar. The final line-up included Buck, Dominique Martin on drums, Christophe Raoux on guitar, and Philippe Feydri on bass. Tragically, Buck committed suicide two weeks after the band's official split in 1997.
