Reload is a musical project that originated as a solo endeavor by Mark Pritchard. Later, Tom Middleton joined Pritchard on some of the Reload releases, leading to the addition of "& E621" to indicate Middleton's involvement in enhancing the tracks, similar to the collaboration with "Link & E621." As Middleton became more integral to the project, particularly on the "A Collection of Short Stories" album, the "& E621" designation was dropped for simplicity, and Reload came to represent both Mark Pritchard and Tom Middleton. All Reload remixes, with the exception of two on the Mystic Institute "Cyberdon EP," were created collaboratively by Pritchard and Middleton. In 1997, Pritchard released "The Reload Archives" EP as a solo project.
