Remarc is a UK-based jungle producer and DJ, who began his music career at the age of 13, playing reggae, rare groove, and electro at house parties in his hometown of Brockley, southeast London. At 17, he got his first break as a DJ on the infamous Weekend Rush pirate radio station, where he played Hardcore and transitioned into Jungle music. While he initially gained recognition as a DJ within a London-based audience, he has since become widely acclaimed as the "king of the Amen" for his chopped-up tracks released on labels such as Dollar, White House, Kemet, and Suburban Base. A two-volume retrospective of his work was released by Planet Mu in 2003 and 2004, featuring both well-known and previously unreleased tracks. Remarc continues to perform worldwide. His brother is not mentioned.
