Reparta & the Delrons is a music group that originated in 1962 at St. Brendan's Catholic School in Brooklyn, New York. The group was initially formed as a five-piece ensemble led by lead singer Mary Aiese, who was born on December 31, 1945. Aiese adopted the name Reparata, inspired by one of her favorite teachers, believing it to be more marketable than her given names, Mary and Katherine. The original lineup also included Nanette Licari, Regina Gallagher, and Anne Fitzgerald, but they were soon replaced by Sheila Reilly, Carol Drobnicki, and Cathy Romeo. After Romeo's departure from the group, Marge McGuire took her place. The Delrons achieved notable success with their hit single, "I'm Nobody's Baby Now," released in 1966.
