RJ Payne, also known as Reign Man, is a rapper renowned for his exceptional battle rap skills. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he gained significant attention on Instagram with his "Murder in less than 60 seconds" freestyle series. His "Sixty Second Freestyles" caught the eye of notable figures such as Lord Jamar, Pete Rock, Erick Sermon, and Black Thought. As Reign Man, he was a finalist on MTV's "Making the Band 2," selected by P. Diddy, and he later won the MTV MC Battle six months after.
