Robert Owens is a house music vocalist, DJ, producer, and label owner, born in Ohio in 1961. He worked extensively in the mid-1980s and formed a collaboration with notable artists. One of his best-known features is the track "Tears," which he recorded with other musicians. His debut solo album, "Rhythms In Me," was released in 1990. He also runs a label.
