Robert Parker (October 14, 1930 – January 19, 2020) was an American singer and saxophonist from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is best known for his 1966 hit "Barefootin'." Throughout his career, Parker's saxophone was featured on numerous New Orleans recordings, collaborating with various artists in the genre.
