Roberto Donati, known as Maestro Roberto Donati, was born and raised in Italy in the sixties. As a guitarist and singer, he formed various bands and explored a wide range of musical genres, including Rock, Pop, R&B, and Country & Western. In the late sixties and seventies, many of his songs were recorded as singles on the Belldisc label. With extensive experience in music, Mr. Donati transitioned to composing soundtracks under the pseudonym ‘Budy,’ often collaborating with Maria Fiamma Maglione, who passed away from cancer in 2003, leading to the name ‘Budy Maglione.’ He worked with various directors, including the legendary Umberto Lenzi, and composed music for films across different genres, such as Italian comedy, erotic, western, and horror. Notable works include "APACHE WOMAN," "ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON" (1976), "EMANUELLE e LOLITA" (1978), "EATEN ALIVE" (1980), "CANNIBAL FEROX" (1981), and "DAUGHTER OF THE JUNGLE" (1982).
