Roland Young is an American designer, art director, and photographer born in 1938. He began his career with an apprenticeship under master designer Louis Danziger. In 1964, he joined Capitol/Angel Records, Inc. as a designer, focusing on packaging and advertising. Young later became the creative director at A&M Records, Inc., where he practiced advertising and design for ten years, producing album covers and advertising campaigns.
