Roman Truth is a DJ, music producer, and label owner known for his work with esteemed record labels such as Toy Tonics, Nocturnal Hazard, Bonfido Disques, and Jolly Jams. He has gained a worldwide reputation for his exceptional re-edits, DJ mixes, and music releases, collaborating with notable artists including Jimpster, The Revenge, Eddie C, Eric Duncan, and many others. With over a decade of experience in dance music, Roman has developed a signature sound influenced by rare disco, boogie, italo, gospel, funk, jazz, soul, and house records. His musical style is rooted in the essence of early house music, drawing inspiration from the NYC garage and Chicago sound while striving to keep the soulful vibe alive on contemporary dancefloors. Roman has performed at popular venues in cities such as San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Mexico City, Tijuana, Guadalajara, Playa Del Carmen, and Tulum. In 2019, he is focused on producing forthcoming EPs for Toy Tonics, Jolly Jams, and other boutique record labels in Europe and North America, receiving early support from prominent DJs like DJ Harvey, Hunee, and Todd Terje.
