Rómulo Caicedo Muñetón (1929 - December 23, 2007) was a renowned Colombian singer-songwriter, born in Girardot, Cundinamarca, and later passing away in Cúcuta. He is considered one of the best performers and singer-songwriters of Colombian popular music.
