Rowland S. Howard was an Australian musician, guitarist, and songwriter born on October 24, 1959, in Melbourne, Australia. He passed away on December 30, 2009, in Melbourne due to liver cancer. Howard was known for his work with the band Crime & the City Solution, contributing to their first two albums, "Just South Of Heaven" and "Room of Lights." He was also the brother of other notable individuals.
