Royal Trux is an American alternative rock band formed in 1987 by Neil Hagerty and Jennifer Herrema. The band was active until 2001 and reunited in 2015. In 2018, they signed with Fat Possum Records. However, as of 2019, Hagerty announced that he had left the band again after expressing disapproval of the finished product of their album "White Stuff," which he and Herrema had written through file swapping.
