Royce Clark is a US country producer, songwriter, and performer. He often collaborated with various artists and served as the assistant manager of a notable entity in the industry. Clark signed with Shelby Singleton as both an artist and writer, contributing to the "B" side of the hit "Harper Valley, PTA." He later joined Tyner in the formation of a firm alongside Loyd Scobey Jr. and Lola Scobey. Tyner also acquired several music publishing houses, including House of Loyd Music (ASCAP) and Loyd of Nashville Music (BMI), along with management for three other publishing houses.
