Screaming Lord Sutch was a British musician born on November 10, 1940, in Hampstead, Middlesex. He gained recognition for fronting early shock rock acts and founded the "Official Monster Raving Loony Party," standing as a candidate in numerous parliamentary elections. Sutch passed away by suicide on June 16, 1999.
