SE is a rock band from Jyväskylä, Finland, founded in 1976. They were part of the Finnish new wave movement in the late 1970s, blending various music styles, including rock, new wave, folk rock, psychedelic rock, and acoustic ballads. The band disbanded in 1985. Jari Knuutinen, the frontman of SE, has since pursued a successful career as a film composer in Finland.
