Sensation is a large-scale dance event organized by the Dutch party organization ID&T. It began as a single-night event at the Amsterdam ArenA Stadium and later evolved into two editions: one white, featuring house and trance music, and one black, focusing on hard trance, hardstyle, and hardcore. The event has expanded internationally, taking place in various countries including Belgium, Germany, Poland, Spain, Chile, Hungary, Czech Republic, Latvia, Russia, Denmark, England, Lithuania, Portugal, Brazil, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, Romania, South Korea, Thailand, the USA, Taiwan, and Turkey since 2005. In 2013, Sensation was held for the first time in Italy, Canada, and South Africa. Various artists, including The Rush and Rank 1, have produced theme songs for Sensation, some under their own names and others simply as "Sensation."
