Sensational is a rapper from Brooklyn, New York, who first appeared on a single titled "Troopin' On The Downlow" in 1993. He was prominently featured on the unreleased Jungle Brothers album Crazy Wisdom Masters, which was produced in the same year but ultimately shelved by Warner Bros due to its experimental nature. Sensational released his debut album in 1997 and is known for his lo-fi and unique rapping style, as well as his eclectic collaborations with various artists. Throughout his career, he has worked with notable musicians and has been quite prolific, despite experiencing brief periods of homelessness, which are documented in "The Rise and Fall and Rise Of Sensational." His discography remains somewhat unclear, as he is often seen selling his music in the streets of New York.
