**Bio: Sensations' Fix** Sensations' Fix was an Italian progressive rock band based in a farm near Florence, known for their krautrock-like attitude and unique sound within the Italian prog scene. Primarily an electronic band focused on keyboards, they utilized very little vocal elements. In 1974, they released three albums, one of which was intended solely for promotional use, all featuring instrumental themes reminiscent of the Cosmic Couriers genre. Their albums were self-produced and recorded in their own studio, resulting in an amateurish sound quality. The band's lineup changed with the addition of keyboardist Stephen Head, leading to their fourth album, "Finest Finger," which featured more vocal parts and was more accessible than their previous works. This direction continued with their next LP, "Boxes Paradise." The band then relocated to California, where they released the US-only album "Vision's Fugitives," which did not achieve commercial success. This album is noted for having a more American sound and included former Campo di Marte drummer Carlo Felice Marcovecchio on a couple of tracks. Their final album, "Flying Tapes," was released in 1978 and included reworkings of earlier tracks. After changing their name to Sheriff and moving to Virginia, the group, consisting of Falsini, Ursillo, and Edwards, along with second guitarist Frank Filfoyt, released a US-only LP with a more rock-oriented sound.
