**Bio: Sensations Fix** Sensations Fix was an Italian progressive band formed near Florence, known for their unique krautrock-inspired sound. Primarily an electronic group, they focused on keyboards with minimal vocal use, releasing three albums in 1974, including one for promotional purposes. Their music featured instrumental themes reminiscent of German Cosmic Couriers bands, and their albums were self-produced with an amateurish sound quality. With the addition of keyboardist Stephen Head, their fourth album, *Finest Finger*, marked a shift towards more vocal parts, making it more accessible than their earlier works. This direction continued with their next LP, *Boxes Paradise*. The band later moved to California, where they released the US-only album *Vision's Fugitives*, which did not achieve commercial success. This album was noted for its American sound and featured former Campo di Marte drummer Carlo Felice Marcovecchio on a couple of tracks. Their final album, *Flying Tapes*, was released in 1978 and included reworkings of earlier tracks. The band then changed their name to Sheriff and relocated to Virginia, where they released a US-only LP with a more rock-oriented sound. After Richard Ursillo left to return to Italy, the remaining trio, consisting of Falsini, Edwards, and new bassist Gary Falwell, played live only once in 1979 before disbanding later that year.
