Sha Stimuli is a rapper from Brooklyn, New York, born on August 9, 1978. He is the brother of a rapper/producer and was originally signed to Virgin Records, where he was set to release his debut album. However, due to the typical challenges associated with major label politics, Sha decided to take control of his own career. Between 2006 and 2009, he released a series of mixtapes that garnered hundreds of thousands of downloads. Throughout his career, Sha has collaborated with notable artists such as Nas, Maino, and Uncle Murder, among other New York rappers.
