Shinsei Kamattechan (神聖かまってちゃん) is a Japanese alternative rock and noise pop band hailing from Chiba. Formed in 2007, the band features Noko as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist, along with Mono, who serves as the bandleader and plays keyboard, guitar, and tambourine. The lineup also includes Misako on drums and Chibagin on bass and chorus.
