Shiny Two Shiny was an acoustic and drum machine-backed minimal pop duo from Liverpool, active from 1982 to 1985. The duo met in the city, and their name is inspired by the Velvet Underground song "Venus In Furs." Their sound has been likened to a darker shade of bands such as Antena, Everything But The Girl (EBTG), and Strawberry Switchblade.
