Shohjo Tai is a Japanese female idol group formed in 1983. They released their first single in August 1984 and enjoyed significant popularity across Asia. The group split up in 1989 but briefly reformed in 1999. The original lineup included members Miho and Reiko, while Chiiko later withdrew from group activities due to a herniated disc and was replaced by Tomo. Shohjo Tai toured extensively throughout Asia, culminating in their invitation to perform the image song for the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games in Korea.
