Shudder To Think is an American indie rock band formed in Washington, D.C. in 1986. Known for blending punk, pop, and glam influences, the band features Craig Wedren’s theatrical vocals and inventive, art-rock songwriting. After releasing several albums, they became one of the few acts from their label to sign with a major label, earning critical acclaim for their 1994 album, Pony Express Record. Although mainstream success was elusive, their distinctive sound left a lasting impact on the post-hardcore and indie scenes. The band disbanded in the late 1990s but has reunited several times over the years and is currently active, having released a new 7" recently.
