Simon Finn is an English psychedelic folk musician born on March 4, 1951, in Godalming, Surrey. He moved to London in 1967, where he made his performance debut opening for a band at the Marquee Club in Soho. In 1970, he released his LP, which later gained legendary status and featured contributions from various artists. His album "Pass The Distance" was remastered and re-released in 2004 and again in 2008 on vinyl. After a 35-year hiatus from the music scene, Finn resumed touring in 2004, with his first performance supporting a band at St George the Martyr Church in Toronto. He has since performed in cities worldwide, including Moscow, Athens, Glasgow, Barcelona, New York City, Chicago, and Copenhagen. His second album, released by an unspecified label, marked his first new recording in 35 years. Throughout the years, Finn resided in Montreal, Canada, and now splits his time between London and Montreal. He has toured extensively as both a solo artist and as a member of a band, but he is currently focused on his solo career, occasionally collaborating with various musicians.
