Skip Cunningham, born on April 24, 1936, in Chicago, is a notable entertainer and recording artist. After completing his military service in 1959, he returned to Chicago and joined the Billy Williams Revue, which toured Canada, New York, New Orleans, and Las Vegas, where they had a six-month residency. In 1961, Cunningham left the group and signed with General Artist Corporation as his agent. He made appearances on popular television shows, including On Broadway Tonight, The Merv Griffin Show, and The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Throughout his career, he shared the stage with renowned artists such as Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, Bob Hope, Jerry Lewis, Richard Pryor, and Frank Sinatra. Cunningham has also recorded for various labels, including Kapp Records, Coral Records, and Motown.
