**Bio: Skool Boyz** Skool Boyz was a musical group featuring members Stan Sheppard (lead vocals), Chauncey Matthews (vocals and keyboards), and Fred Brown (vocals and guitar). The group also included Stan's brother, William "Billy" Sheppard (vocals and bass guitar). Both Stan and Billy are the sons of R&B legend Bill. After the disbandment of Skool Boyz, Billy Sheppard joined another group, while Stan created and produced the recordings for Skool Boyz. Following the disbandment, Chauncey Matthews and Fred Brown continued their careers as session musicians and backing vocalists.
