Slam is a DJ and producer duo from Glasgow, Scotland, co-founders and promoters of the Atlantis parties (1989-92) and the Slam parties (1991-present). The duo met in 1986 in Sheffield, where Orde was studying Geography at university and Stuart was working in a bar. Their name is inspired by Phuture's legendary track.
