**Bio: Spectral Display** Spectral Display is an electronic music project founded in 1980 by composer, keyboard artist, and producer Michel Mulders in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The project gained prominence after signing with EMI, which facilitated collaborations with lead singers and lyricists, notably Henri Overduin. Overduin contributed significantly to the project, writing most of the lyrics and providing vocals for their hit single "It Takes A Muscle To Fall In Love." In 1981, Spectral Display secured a two-album record contract with EMI Holland. Their self-titled first album was recorded in Mulders' private studio and released in 1982, with EMI supplying the necessary recording equipment. The single "It Takes A Muscle To Fall In Love" was released in the summer of 1982 and achieved international success across 13 countries, including Holland, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the UK, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Following this success, EMI provided the resources for their second album, "Too Much Like Me," which was released in 1984. As of April 2009, the group was actively working on new songs. **Line-up:** - Michel Mulders - Composer, Keyboards, Arranger, Producer - Henri Overduin - Vocals, Lyrics, Music Vocals & Background - Ferdinand Bakker - Guitars - Kim Haworth - Drums, Percussion - Theo Lampe -
