**Speedoo & The Pearls** was a US vocal group formed in 1959. The group emerged when backup vocalists Earl Wade, Charles Brooks, and Bobby Phillips decided to retire from their previous roles and joined Bobby Spencer. After Carroll's lead spot was taken over by Spencer and Bailey, Carroll left the group, leading to the creation of Speedoo and the Pearls. The group recorded briefly in 1959.
