Andreas, known by his moniker Stateless, grew up on Hoönö, a small island outside Gothenburg, where his father's passion for electronic music significantly influenced him. Inspired by artists like Brian Eno and 60's soundtrack experimentalist David Axelrod, as well as jazz legend Herbie Hancock, Andreas developed a knack for creating progressive and original tracks. He began playing the piano at the age of six and discovered techno and experimental music at 14. Currently, he is involved in several projects, including his acclaimed Swell Session alias on Hollow recordings, which has garnered recognition from notable figures such as Gilles Peterson, Les Gammas, and LTJ Bukem. Unrestricted by any particular style, Andreas also produces techno for SLS and Fleebite, and collaborates with his partner Jonatan in the experimental pop duo Saagolime.
