Stephen Mitchell is an American studio musician, composer, songwriter, orchestrator, arranger, and producer, known for his versatility as an instrumentalist on piano, keyboards, synthesizer, and Hammond B-3 organ. He is also skilled in synthesizer, drum, and percussion programming. Born in Los Angeles, Mitchell has received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Pop Instrumental Performance. He is a member of the AFM Union, Local 47, and ASCAP.
