Steve Khan, born on April 28, 1947, in Los Angeles, California, is an American jazz guitarist and author. The son of a lyricist, Khan is best known for his fusion records. He initially played piano and drums before moving to New York in 1969, where he worked steadily on jazz, pop, and R&B recordings.
