Steve Tibbetts is a Minneapolis-based guitarist and composer born in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1954. He is known for his original sound that blends elements of jazz, rock, and world music. Tibbetts often collaborates with percussionists and is recognized for his two albums with a Tibetan nun and activist.
