Stoned Circus was a psychedelic rock group from Kansas City, Missouri, active in the 1970s. The band recorded an unreleased album during this time, which caught the attention of a German music promoter who acquired the rights to the songs in the early 2000s. The album was subsequently released in 2005. The members of Stoned Circus included Joe York, Nancy Lake Whedon, Nugent, Richard Van Sant, and Harold "Buddy" Haney.
