Synsbedragerne was a Norwegian band active from 1997 to 2000, known for their song-oriented pop-rock style infused with elements of folk music, prog, electronica, minimalism, and jazz. The band released a self-titled album in 1999 and performed at concerts, as well as making appearances on TV and radio. Their song "Rug" achieved notable success, reaching 2nd place on a Norwegian Radio Chart on November 27, 1999, and was featured in an Italian compilation.
