Ta Xylina Spathia, translated as The Wooden Swords, is an alternative rock band that originated in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1993. They made their first live appearance on March 10, 1994, alongside Citizen Cane at Stuff in Thessaloniki. The band performed at the Rockwave Festival in Piraeus on July 16, 1998, sharing the stage with several other acts. In September 1998, they supported another band at a concert in Athens. Unfortunately, Ta Xylina Spathia disbanded in December 2003.
