Talking Heads

Talking Heads were an American rock band formed in 1975 in New York City and disbanded in 1991. The band consisted of members on lead vocals and guitar, drums, bass, and keyboards and guitar. They released eight albums, along with several well-received live albums. The band reunited, excluding David Byrne, as a new group for one unsuccessful album. Talking Heads were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002 as performers. Their music spanned various genres, including new wave, post-punk, art punk, pop rock, art pop, funk rock, ethno, and disco.
