Tapage, whose real name is Tijs, has origins in post-rock and IDM but has transitioned to creating more breakcore and hardcore music. He first gained recognition through his contributions to various projects, including sound design for the track "Mantaray" and working on interludes for another release. When a new label was established, he was invited to join.
