Teddy Reynolds was an American blues and rhythm & blues singer and pianist, born on July 12, 1931, in Houston, Texas. He passed away on October 1, 1998, in the same city. Reynolds began his recording career in 1950 with Sittin' In With in Houston. Throughout his career, he collaborated with notable artists such as Bobby Blue Bland, Johnny Copeland, Johnny Watson, and Albert Collins, and recorded with Bland, Copeland, Peppermint Harris, and Philip Walker, among others.
