Teebone is an English record label owner, record producer, and DJ based in West London. With Trinidadian, English, and Ghanaian roots, he has made significant contributions to the music scene. His journey into music production began through conversations with Dr. S. Gachet and his uncle, a sound engineer. Teebone is part of a select group of artists, including Shy FX, Masterstepz, D Influence, and Shola Ama, who emerged from the “Jamestown” Recording Studios in Whitechapel, East London. He has demonstrated a keen eye for talent and entrepreneurial skills, collaborating with various artists across genres such as Jungle, Drum'n'Bass, and UK Garage. After establishing a Jungle label, Riddim Track Records, and recording for Reinforced Records, he transitioned to UK Garage in the late 90s, creating the labels Vital Essence and Solid City. He also became a resident DJ at a night called Liberty at the Colosseum club. His track "Fly Bi" (with Sparks & Kie) became a top UK Garage tune. Teebone played a crucial role in the early success of Grime acts like Pay As You Go Cartel and Roll Deep. Currently, he produces and directs music videos for various artists, films and interviews DJs at raves such as Jungle Mania, and is involved in creating two music documentaries.
