Teeth Agency is a collaboration between a producer based in London and an artist from Chicago. Their shared passion for macabre and striking artifacts, along with their private art collections, laid the groundwork for this project. The duo's first work, titled 'Outhouse,' is described as a Music-Book-Art-Object, and they plan to release four limited edition Music-Book-Art-Objects this year, with additional surprises anticipated. 'Outhouse' serves as the inaugural installment from Teeth Agency. It is a catalogue that visually interprets the music through personal notes, drawings, computer renderings, and an exchange between Hackett and Chavez. Some of the included photos and sculptures originate from Hackett's childhood home, which inspired the songs and the environment in which the music was created. Chavez processes the sound and images to visualize the piece and narrate the story depicted through these visuals. Together, Hackett and Chavez blend sound and image to craft a unique poem that can be appreciated as a cohesive work or as separate elements. Jesse characterizes 'Outhouse' as featuring crypt rock, swamp sounds, underwater organ, and family jams.
